Today is officially Rynna's due date, but I don't anticipate her actually coming today. She could surprise me, but she seems pretty cozy in there so we will see! I'm spending today prepping 2 weeks of meals that I can put in the freezer and have for when she does decide to make her debut. I figure that having them prepared ahead of time will make it easy for me or Josh to just throw them on the stove or in the crock pot with little to no effort. I posted a ton of recipes to my Food board on Pinterest if you're interested in checking them out. I'm excited to try the Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken over some brown rice and Josh is most excited about this mock recipe for Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana.

I mentioned in my "Promoting Courage and Creativity Early On" /nursery planning post that I was planning to order quite a few prints for the gallery wall above Rynna's crib. I'm so excited to have received almost all of them in the mail and I can't wait to share a tour of her nursery with you guys once all the prints are up on the wall! I found so much encouraging and colorful art off Etsy and I'm pretty pumped to direct you guys to the artists who created them all. Hopefully I'll get to make that post soon! For a little peak, you're welcome to visit me on instagram.

Do you have any easy recipe recommendations or a favorite shop on Etsy?
I'd love your suggestions!

  3. Exciting times! Birth is such an incredible experience. Write down your story soon afterwards because the details fade pretty fast otherwise! I’m so glad I did. x

    1. Thank you for the advice Katie. I know my pregnancy brain will probably stick around for a while, so I'll definitely have to write it all out before I forget!
